I'm using Flickr for all my up to date photographs now, as I no longer have the time to produce galleries on this site like I used to. All the old stuff is still here though, in the archives!
My Awards
Much to my surprise, this website has managed to win an award or two since I built it in February 2000.

 • SITE UPDATE: Website file extensions changed...
I've started using a little PHP code in this site which allows me to keep the page header and main navigation bar in a single file that is called by the other pages as they are displayed. Now the site has well over 150 pages, this was quite important to allow future changes to be made easily.

All the pages now have the file extension .php, rather than .htm.

If you are a webmaster who has linked to a page in this site (e.g. the clipart library) and your links have stopped working, simply change the file extension in your link and it will work properly again.

If you don't have the faintest idea what I'm talking about, then don't worry - it will not affect you!

 • Latest from Vickie & Rich in Kenya...
hello

things are going well here, we are back in Kenya for the third time, old hands now with the locals. Staying in nairobi for a few days before heading back into tanzania for the highlights ..... the serengeti and zanzibar.
we've been to a few gamew reserves already and seen all the main animals except a cheetah. We spend 50 minutes observing a leopard which was for most part only 2 meters away, amazing pics with my zoom lense. seen lions in the distance to need to see more in tanzania. Seen so many hippos now as we often share our camp sites with them.

Did white water rafting on the source of the nile in uganda, was fantastic until the last rapid, a grade 5 (the highest non professional rapid you can go on) we were doing well until we fell off in to the washing machine, so called as you really do get churned around. everyone loved it i was a bit shocked if truth be known. Richie then proceeded on to his first bungee jump, good effort by him.

Tanning well and nice and relaxed, although thought of work have started to creep into my mind....aaahhhh.
hope you are well
love

vickie and rich.
