I'm using Flickr for all my up to date photographs now, as I no longer have the time to produce galleries on this site like I used to. All the old stuff is still here though, in the archives! My Awards Much to my surprise, this website has managed to win an award or two
since I built it in February 2000. Dan's
Guestbook
Don't let your visit go unnoticed! Have a look at the messages on
my guestbook (some are quite funny) and leave one yourself.
This site was designed to share news and photographs
between family and friends who are scattered around the world. I should
stress that I make no pretence that the content will be of interest to anyone
who does not know our family - but you are welcome to stay and look if you
like. I hope you enjoy your visit

We've just been on a very pleasant 2-week holiday to Portugal (again). We did a house swap with our friends Jo & James in Cascais, and a jolly good time was had by all. Monty slept peacefully through his first ever flight, and Raffy is now old enough to enjoy looking out of the window at the clouds. Eddie & Cathy joined us for a week, and finally Jo & James returned from the UK so we were able to spend a few days with them. Now it's back to the English autumn and a few exams for me!
